I dealt with JCC on the new Congleton Market quarter development. The first element was utilities and infrastructure where JCC took the challenge of liaising with the local DNO to increase the developments electrical connection and coordinate some substantial modifications including diversions to facilitate. The power was brought in on programme to allow the opening to commence. The second element of their involvement was Fire safety. Due to the recent changes to legislation we really wanted to make sure our development was safe for the occupants. JCC completed the FRA along with liaising with Building Control and the Fire brigade on the run up to opening to ensure all customers and tenants were fire compliant.
