Jon Corden Director
Jon Corden is a detail-oriented and self-motivated manager with exceptional experience in Fire Risk, Project Management, Building Services, and Construction. Jon began his career in building services, managing operations for tier-one main contractors. He later retrained as a senior construction manager at Lend Lease, gaining valuable experience in major construction projects before spending five years at Bruntwood. Recognising the need for enhanced fire safety in construction, Jon pursued additional training and certification in fire risk management. Today, he leverages this extensive background to help clients create and manage safe, compliant spaces and defect free buildings.

Since joining JCC Ltd in January 2020, she has been instrumental in enhancing contractual and technical compliance and providing both short and long-term operational support. Kate is also a qualified Fire Risk Assessor, further broadening her extensive skill set.
